Leveraging technology to enable faster service : We believe that effective use of IT is important to deliver unmatched customer service in today’s fast moving competitive business environment. Our Centralized Lab Information Management System (CLIMS) has been created by linking strong IT platforms with requirements of the end users like our customers, Lab Managers, in - house employees, etc. Our data is secure and confidential using stringent international guidelines. The latest analyzers from best known Lab Equipment providers are bidirectionally interfaced with CLIMS hence there is no manual intervention. Further, most analyzers have barcode reader functionality. The connections utilize the ASTM or supplier/analyzer specific protocols.
Result Delivery : The results are delivered through various modalities depending on client preference (see inset). Our user friendly result delivery system is a Verisign secured site integrated with our CLIMS. This provides our clients the necessary access to their test reports within seven and a half minutes after the doctors have reviewed it. The web access enables our clients to view technical information about the test. The comprehensive archival facilities stores results for easy retrieval even for samples tested months earlier.
Always on-call for the client : The journey of Quality doesn’t end within our Lab. We understand the absolute necessity for ensuring integrity of samples and so we employ stringent practices to maintain the samples in their native state. Experienced and trained staff is employed to manage logistics both within UAE and internationally. Test samples are collected by our riders providing scheduled as well as on - call collections and transporting the samples in the required temperature conditions (cold and frozen). Our international samples are transported following I.A.T.A. guidelines. Further, we partner with best courier companies in the world who are specialized in handling temperature sensitive and time critical shipments. Special care is taken on maintaining integrity of samples during transit. The shipments are tracked closely online from pick - up to its delivery with faster customs clearance at entry ports for immediate delivery. To support and assist our clients, we also have responsive, knowledgeable and capable customer care team which works throughout the day to be just a call away to provide information regarding tests and test results.
